Elope in Memphis TN
When many people think of Memphis, they think Elvis and the
Graceland Mansion. And, while you can't get married in the Mansion, you can be married at Graceland's
Chapel in the Woods, which is adjacent to the grounds of Graceland. The Chapel hosts weddings from just
the two of you, on up to 50 people. As of September, 2011, a basic package for renting the Chapel is $695, which
includes:
- Use of the Chapel for 1 - 1/2 hours
- Services of an Officiant
- 2 Platinum Tour tickets
- Bride's private dressing room
- Chapel's reception area and grounds
- 15-minute photography session in front of the Mansion
(excluding photographer's fees)
You can add on to the basic package with things such as
having a unity candle during your ceremony, and webcasting your ceremony on the internet for friends and family who

Want an inexpensive, yet really romantic
elopement ceremony in Memphis? Consider getting married while on a carriage ride
through Memphis. This package is offered by uptowncarriages.com and includes a one-hour "Old Man River Tour," and
the services of an ordained minister who escorts your carriage and performs the ceremony in a downtown park of your
choice. Your carriage will be decorated with a live/silk floral arrangement, complete with a "Just Married" sign.

Elope in Knoxville, TN
Located about 40 miles from the Great Smoky Mountain National
Park, Knoxville is known as the home of the late Alex Haley, author of "Roots." Knoxville has some fun, romantic
things to do for eloping couples, including taking a ride on the Three Rivers Rambler, a steam train which follows
the Tennessee River. The train is closed during the summer, but, if you're considering an elopement wedding during

Country Jewell Wedding Chapel - located 15
miles north of Knoxville, Country Jewell was built in 1931 to be used as a toolshed and corncrib. Since renovated,
it features red oak floors and can accommodate up to 45 people. They offer a "just the basics" package for the
bride and groom which includes a ceremony in the Chapel, or outdoors by a waterfall, as well the services of an

Whitestone Inn - located 36 miles west of
Knoxville, on Watts Bar Lake, Whitestone Inn boasts views of the lake and Smoky Mountains, as well as a AAA
4-Diamond rating. For weddings, the Inn offers a Chapel, heart-shaped courtyard with lake and mountain views, a
gazebo, and a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride. They provide two elopement packages, both of which include a

Elope in Chattanooga
Chattanooga's another Tennessee wedding destination with tons
