Blue Ridge Mountains

Situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Serenity's Edge offers couples a great retreat not only to wed, but also to enjoy all that the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer. Williamsburg

Centrally located between Virginia Beach and Richmond, the Williamsburg area is a part of the "Historic Triangle" which includes Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Also known as the "Colonial Capital" of Virginia, Williamsburg is most famous for its primary attraction, Colonial Williamsburg. A Williamsburg White House is situated on over 1.5 acres of manicured gardens and grounds, and has earned many accolades, including Winner of the 2005 Williamsburg Garden Club Award, and Winner of the 2003 City of Williamsburg Beautification Award. Northern Virginia 

Northern Virginia is home to much history, including the town of Alexandria, located on the banks of the Potomac River, just 8 miles from the nation's capitol of Washington, D.C. Glen Garden Weddings is a ceremony and reception venue in Fredericksburg, Virginia catering to small weddings for up to 50 people. If you wish an intimate elopement ceremony for the 2 of you and up to 18 guests, they have a super-cheap price: $125 and up. This includes a cottage ceremony in front of the fireplace, with seasonal decor and music, and a marriage commissioner included. You can, of course, bring an officiant of your own if you wish. Fuller House Inn is located in Winchester, Virginia, only 80 miles northwest of Alexandria. It's an historic B&B; the back part of the House having been built in 1780 and the main part added in 1854. The Inn offers 2 guest rooms, and proximity to Old Town Winchester, where you'll find many historical museums as well as wonderful antique stores. The Fuller House Inn provides many different wedding packages, including a very inexpensive bare-bones, ceremony-only elopement package for two in the Colonial Room Suite or Civil War Room.
